Li Chunling is a 5th generation Cheng Style Baguazhang master and top disciple of legendary master Sun Zhijun. She founded the Singapore Bagua-zhang Foundation, has won countless gold medals in competitions, and is a certified international Kung Fu judge.

This level of Baguazhang instruction is extremely rare to find in the United States, and her attention to detail is unprecedented. She teaches Baguazhang exactly as her master taught her, so this is as close to the original teachings of Cheng Tinghua as is possible to find anywhere in the world.

Since 2010 she has published 10 DVDs and one book.

The 8 Turning Palms is a developmental form that teaches the foundation of Bagua-zhang movement. This is the first empty hand form in the system. The Saturday class will include Baguazhang stepping, and teach foundation work with the palm changes. The Sunday morning class will build on Saturday and include more detailed footwork.

The Linking 8 Mother Palms is what is taught after the 8 Turning Palms. It is highly recommended that you attend the 8 Turning Palms classes before learning the Linking 8 Mother Palms. This is were we get into more advanced movement and application.

These are the first two open hand forms of Cheng Baguazhang. They contain martial application, and can practiced for use in competition. Some combat application will be taught as well.
