What we offer 

We have 2 different types of classes. Curriculum Classes for for students wanting to learn Kung Fu and Advanced Tai Chi. Drop in classes are lighter classes that don’t go as deep into depth and are great for fitness and balance.

It is very important to us that we run our school ethically. You will find that our pricing is very straightforward with no hidden costs.

We will not pressure you with unethical sales practices, and we are open to answering any questions you may have.

Curriculum Classes

These are our Kung Fu classes. Yes, Chen Tai Chi is Kung Fu too. Most people know Yang Tai Chi, which is more focused on health. Chen Tai Chi was the original Tai Chi style.

You are invited to come try out a Free Introductory Class to see if its a good fit for you.

Our Kids and Teens classes are Curriculum Classes and begin at age 7 (we sometimes let kids in a little younger as long as they can stay engaged in class and try their best). Kids Level 1 classes meet Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 4:10.

We teach very advanced authentic Kung Fu that is highly respected in the Kung Fu world. If you study here and are sincere and successful in your practice, then you will be able to compete at the highest levels. I don’t just say that to brag, it is something that students here need to know. This isn’t just Wal-Mart Kung Fu, this is the real deal.

Don’t let that deter you though. Shifu Aaron holds a Master’s Degree in Education and is very good at breaking down advanced concepts so that all students can be successful. We also have a huge online library of instructional videos available for free to curriculum students to help aid them in their at home practice.

Adults Classes

Cheng Baguazhang Level 1 - Tuesdays 1pm & 5:40pm

Chen Tai Chi Level 1 - Mondays 1pm & 7pm, Thursdays 1pm

We also offer Sparring and Weapons classes.

Drop In Classes

Drop in classes are $18/class or $150 for a ten class pack

10 class packs don’t expire unless you abandon them for over a year. They are good for any of our drop in classes. Drop in classes are indicated on the schedule in RED. You do not need to preregister for Drop In classes.

These classes include our Gentle Tai Chi, Qigong, and Dance classes for Health, Balance, and Stability.

You can sign up for Drop In classes through our website or in person when you arrive. Classes are held all throughout the week. For a current list of classes, check out our Schedule.
